You're right, I did forget all about that thing. It's been a while since I dealt with a m20.

I was reading it as if he was saying that oil doesn't flow through the motor until it wams up, like coolant.

Didn't remember that the oil cooler isn't always flowing on these things.

Good call, total noob moment.

Now that I'm thinking about it, if his is anything like mine was, that turbo would never get oil.

lol Yeah, I was serious about the oil tstat. If it's closed, all the oil bypasses the cooler, so if you tap into that for your feed, you're going to have a bad time.

The guy suggesting to route the turbo drain through the cooler... I don't even know.

I like how all of R3v FB jumps to suggest cars to buy without knowing anything about cars.

They were all telling this guy to buy a BMW instead of a Focus RS cause the Focus RS will under-steer and cant drift lol. The Car oversteers in the normal and sport mode people.
