They are moving all the contractors into an old storage room in the basement to make room for more feds. Didnt offer to hire any of us either. No sunlight. No cell service. I was not moving. I'm not being in a cramped dungeon with 15 other people. That's a recipe for being sick all the time too. No thanks.

So I'm taking some time off. I'm taking a ux design course over the next few months. Hopefully I can pursue that into a better job. Sadly this means my car shopping has to stop so I can live off that money and my 24x32x12 garage is put on pause. I have the loan and plans, but I'm not starting it until I get another job.
