    Ok - sidebar....

The last episode of Mash was landmark TV. Back then there really was only 3 TV channels. ABC, NBC, and CBS. During the finale of Mash, many municipalities sewer's hit record volumes, and it was some reported over flowed. In other words...about 1/2 of America waited to use the restroom until the closing credits/song.

Some city (I think it was in AZ) the broadcasting tower when down, and the residents sued.

And just as a historical note - the theme song for the show is called "Suicide Is Painless" - that's how f-ed up the country was at that point feeling about the war - I assume - I was like 8 :)

Not like Lost(if it didn't last so long), or Breaking Bad(long but slow) or Mash(too old for you folks to remember - I barely remember it).

Mash was good shit. Im young but prefer the older tv shows.

Why? Because he broke the first rule of running for your life: DON'T STOP!!

As soon as he busted through those doors and then just stood there like a deer in headlights I knew his time was limited. Severely limited. Like measured in microseconds limited.

    Ah, great show!

He was awesome and I was very sad to see him die, BUT he interfered with the obvious love that's going to happen between Jim and Joyce. He was too much of an extra. I'm glad they didn't just kill him in a shitty way. But seriously, holy shit that was good.

Can confirm. And Eleven said something along the lines of "gone" or "no more". I can't remember exactly.
