I didn't know they were going to smoke pot. I didn't say I wanted to beat them up. I just said I don't like incoherent people esp those who put themselves in that state. I haven't tried slamming my car into walls either but am I allowed to say that it probably is a terrible idea? And you know what is funny about the pot head kids I know? They are all pretty much heading no where. They have the worst majors that won't mean shit when they graduate or they don't work at all. They live for that next time when the can get together with their friends and get high and watch movies. Sounds great to me. The only reason I did hang with them is because they usually tell me what they are doing that night but it was up in the air so I went anyways because I had nothing to do.

My understanding is that the OP was more bothered by the fact that he got into that situation with the weed than being bothered by the act itself. It's good that he's trying to live a clean cut life and set some limits for himself. So I support the OPs sentiments. While somewhat emo, his intentions are good.

I personally worry less about guys who smoke weed than those who smoke a lot of cigarettes or about guys who drink a lot. So yeah, it doesn't necessarily ruin a persons life. But whenever I hear smokers and stoners argue, they argue that it is, in general, not that bad. If you are arguing that something is not that bad, it definitely isn't good.

All in all it's a good idea to obey the law. But seriously, fuck the police.
