Its just a fucking apartment man. There are thousands of others. Some have shitty landlords, others dont. Move out and find a better place. Your not going to get that much out of getting back at her.

Why leave? You loose. Stay and find ways to fuck with her that are undetectable and cant be traced back to you. Use the brains that god gave you to come up with some really inventive ways to make her life less liveable. That way you win. Granted you win in silence, but that is better than loosing to some bipoal, hammer toting, napolean complex touting, landlady who thinks she friggin owns the property that she is entrusted to maintian and manage.

First thing to do is start with an anonymous letter to the owner of the complex. Public record will provide the owners name and contact information. Thats just a starter... I could give you more ideas , but they could end up being self incriminating.

Craiglist is full of stupid rants about this and that. So much so that it lessens the effectiveness of such a posting dramatically. I typically scan them for a good laugh!

Yea, drives me nuts when someone keeps responding to a thread to keep it at the top.

A real lawyer will represent either one of you. Who cares about right, wrong, and legal in situations like this. You walk away or do it and hope they walk away or the lawsuit fly. It costs money to win or lose.

Post what you want on CL, all this talk of being in trouble for defamation or libel is crap.

Oh, and I certainly would be very careful not to "deform" her character....

    Me fail english? That's unpossible!

Go ahead and post your poorly worded ad on craigslist, worst case scenario, she kicks you out of the apartment, which it looks like will end up being the case anyway. The 3 people looking for an old futon and the 5 guys looking for "party & play" will thank you.

What trouble would I get in if I posted a message on creigslist.org warning furture renters of her deal?

Would I be responsable for loosing her income? Or just a consumer with a rights to free speach?

    Lawers only....

    Thanks!

You have free speech george, but then again. What do you have to gain out of deforming her character on that website (or whatever character she has left). Is it that much of a problem to just leave? What if you kinda ignored her.... What does she want when she knocks on the door?
