you could be liable for slander, defimation of character, etc.

As mentioned, stick to the FACTS only. Leave opinion out of it. I believe she has to have a reason to evict you, and that reason has to be more than just being upset with you for thinking she is a moron. I would leave it at that.

My disclaimer; i am not a lawyer. This is not certain legal advice, and should not be the basis for any course of action :).

Probably, though in his previous story the landlady didn't hit the door with a hammer. What a psycho!

Is this the same psycho you were dealing with about a month or so ago?

Sorry it has gotten this bad. Are you ready to move? If she figures out you did it she will terminate your residency.

As long as you stick to facts, do not name her (use the address of the building) do not defame her (say someting like she is crazy) I see no legal problem.

That said if she THINKS it was posted by you she can put you out (assuming you are still month to month)

I'd wait until I was ready to move. Good luck man I have been there.

So I have this crazzy landlady - she is amazzing - sunday night is ok for her to use (litterally) a hammer to knock on my door (she has arthrise - so can't knock) so she uses a hammer....she is around all the time and digs through our trash....

What trouble would I get in if I posted a message on creigslist.org warning furture renters of her deal?

Would I be responsable for loosing her income? Or just a consumer with a rights to free speach?

    Lawers only....

    Thanks!
