Through here I actually dropped by Jordan's while in tx on a business trip and got ear drum raped by his charged s52 fiberglass e30-testarossa. He got so much shit for that build, LOL.

That fat bitch was always that boardline level of a 5 for some many. Kankles your fancy, estoguy?

2017 Status Update: OG Jerkoff

Still lurking and bemused.

I was still searching through BEN's spammer flooded archives when Sport happened. Still have my 84 I bought in 03. Other e30s have come and gone. Daily is a vert, coworkers think I'm crazy.

Av3 kit was like a big ah-ha moment for the communal realization that e36 cars forever will be nothing more than organ donors for the superior predecessor that wears all of it better. :)

There have been many things I wish I could unsee from here. Rip the nsfw thread. That thread alone probably pulled the largest number of new member from the general gearhead community into the e30 specific world. R3v was getting cross linked everywhere before the evil google ads classification fucked up all the grandeur.

I second the growing up side of stuff. I think it's cool how the e30 community has on average matured some. Expect to see a lot more in the years to come too. With age hopefully comes financial security and more people actually doing their dream builds, taking a bit here and there from all those done before.

I have two boys now and fucked up both first drives home from the hospital because I didn't have my e30s running when either were due. Luckily I have a third coming, not gonna fuck this one up! I have zero excuses this time. Last kid, so hope this third time is the charm.

Who else still adds "rob" as a poll option periodically? Even on non-e30 websites?

The coolest part is seeing a bunch of members have start successful companies over the years or occasionally make unique little niche products.
