Seriously? He was the host on "To Catch a Predator" where they caught pedofiles by posing as young boys or girls and having the predator arrive at the house, and then he would talk to them, ask why they were there...
...the series took a dive after an off-duty officer was caught and he shot himself rather than getting busted. I never saw the show, but thats what happened, and then South Park made a hilarious spinoff episode.
As for the anorexic girl, that made me lose my lunch.
