It's a Norwegian car.
It was lifted on wood blocks because of the sideskirts made it impossible to lift direcly, and one of the blocks collapsed, causing it to fall down on the lift itself, which then broke, and the car fell down.
It's being rebuilt as far as I know.

Looks like shit imo.
