                  If you want to travel it's a good life but if you want to live in Germany or UK forget it. Join the USAF. They have assignements everywhere.

                      ha. you guys are dumb. air force you are stuck in one place for long periods of time. Navy you get to travel the entire world. i could care less about germany or the UK. countries with hardly any actual history? no thanks. Spain, Turkey, Greece, Japan, Korea, Russia... thats what im talkin about.

                        eh how does spain or greece have any more or less "real" history then the UK or Germany? They all are part of Europe, all have been under some of the same historic empires etc etc....

                          My dad was in the navy 22 years, ended up making high 6 figures after "retiring" and getting a job in the private sector, so it worked for him. I'd suggest ROTC or some other kind of officer's training. Peeling potatoes on a boat for 6+ months at a time "for the man" isn't my idea of fun ;)
