Some video from the SDBMWCCA Meet and BBQ at Oceanside Motorsports on 10-6-12 where Bill Caswell was speaking. The car featured is a fully modified E36 M3. It has an Electric Motor which can output over 400hp. They limit the motor for street driving but it can be tuned easily for the track. It's a really cool car. The company who did the mods is EV West. Check the link below for more info. This is the same car that Bill Caswell drove. The car also was driven during the last Pike's Peak event. Thanks to Neil for the awesome driving!
