True indeed however I don't think I am happy with the other carriers out there based on me witnessing what others have gone through with them. Hard for me to be 100% satisfied with what's out there.

My coworker has one and he wants his razr back. I played with it for a minute and it felt a bit on the cheap/flimsy side compared to typical Nokia stuff, or the razr.

i was corrected......she hates the ok button on the phone, if you dont press the smart key right it thinks your hitting the up button and everything goes to hell. i like my envy phone but i like so many other people cant stand the menu that ALL verizon phones have. one thing i do like though, is that VZ Navigator, that is the coolest feature ever.

Joe: she started working there a few months ago, her and Pino work at the same store up here in the 'couv.

Chocolate phones are like the Miata of cell phones.

It's a chick phone and when I went shopping for a new phone back in Decemeber both Verizon salesmen said that they were junk phones built to look cool.

I beat the shit out of phones so I went with the Motorola V325i for durability.

I've been happy with my Chocolate since I got it in Sept, but I'm not a cell phone nut, so I'm sure there is a better phone out there (maybe even offered through Verizon). I have yet to use the MP3 function, since I've got a ipod nano for that. I've already scratched part of the screen due to my habit of putting my phone in the same pocket as my keys.

So you are saying its faster around a track than an E30?

I have a friend with the choco, I think its one of the colored ones. He often gets annoyed at the buttons and is concerned with their longevity.

The buttons suck and the phone is always a step or two behind the press of a button.

Which buttons, the touch-sensitive ones? I wonder how those would fail.

Thanks for all the input. Honestly, I think a question like this would raise similar responses for just about an phone on the market. A phone is never going to please everybody, and there always little kinks and nuances that have to be dealt with.

Its like a touch screen. Since they arent simple switches they might grow less sensetive or give false signals.

The weakest part of anything is the human interface. The fancier you make the human interface the more of a PITA it is.

I just buy a phone that makes calls, usually the free ones you get with a plan.

When you get into the real expensive, feature laden models Ive found there are always more problems.
