Good luck man. I hate people like that.

Reminds me of the time my brother was leaving McDonalds and lightly tapped this lady's bumper and rubbed a one-inch piece of paint off. My brother didn't even know he'd done anything. The bitch wrote down his license plate, called the cops, and he ended up paying a hit-and-run ticket (whatever it's called) and paying a $1000 fine plus lawyer fees. The bitch's insurance wouldn't even repair the damage it was so minor.

      Should have been your response.

QFT!!!! that would have been a great response. Yesh take this one to cort, I bet she does not even show up.

hire a traffic court lawyer. should cost you a couple hundred bucks and you may be able to swing a deal where he will take care of both yours and your g/fs. traffic fines have to be well documented and her word is not enough. you can get out of tickets where an officer saw you cut someone off etc relativly easily. a lawyer should have this no prob.

What kind of faggy state do you live in that is going to give you a ticket just based on someone complaining? Fuck, there are a couple people I'd like to call in DUIs. I'd seriously be harassing the system if I found out Kansas did this.

Fuck that state, never moving there.

Call the police every week and tell them the bitch is doing doughnuts outside your house. Traffic ticket and harassment.

How the hell can they take some dumb broads word about a traffic violation. Take it to court, the judge wont even here it I bet. Your not going to pay a dime.

Your car touches my car, I call the cops. I don't think a hit and run ticket for such a minor incident is right as from your description it is believable he didn't know anything happened, but if you bump my car and drive away, I'm calling the cops.

This makes me think of people in parking lots and parallel parkers that bump other cars while parking. I've confronted a couple of them, and have written notes for the car that was bumped. One lady told me bumpers are for bumping.

I don't care how small a bump, if you touch another car with your car, you have a moral and legal responsibility to make it known to the other owner.

The bump is different. there is contact and evidence. In kansas they need paint swapping to prove it.

It's rediculous that your girlfreind was in a seprate car becuase of your reckless driving shirlock. Of coarse people who no you no better.

I don't give a shit if it IS the intarnets, your spelling is teh sux. I can understand the occasional typo, but the same thing over and over again is very telling- and not in a good way.

But, good luck with your court case.

pretty much what I've been thinking while reading this thread...

if you think you can convince a judge that two teenagers zipping in and out of lanes on a freeway were driving more safely than a middle aged woman (or dumb broad, waffleswaffleswaffleswaffles, or some other derogatory sexist remark) driving her daughter in a (minivan?) slightly slower than the speed limit...good on you.

maybe that's what happened, but anyone who tells you that court results are based on what "actually" happened or that you'll win this disagreement are either a) full of shit or b) not very experienced with our court system (most likely c) both a and b )

slowing down in front of someone on the freeway to the point you can see the driver is being a dumbass and a sure way to get damn close to causing an accident, not "giggles". Personally, I'm glad you were cited and I hope you continue to be cited for unsafe behavior. Did you write somewhere in this thread that you already have prior tickets? There's a statistical reason insurance rates for males are sky-high until married or 25. Safe racing and your dough for the track.

and if we didn't have "citizen's citations" (this isn't one, but whatever), then what the hell would you do when you see or are victimized by a crime?
