I found three dollar bills in the hallway at my school and returned them to the lost and found. I wish I hadn't done that because I coulda bought me some taco bell.

I steal loose change from around my parents and my brother all the time.

I had $225 stolen from my by a guy off r3v!

I stole a m20 6cyl afm from the junkyard before and some sidemarkers and shit like that. I stopped one day because the guy at the front desk wanted me to open my tool box so he can see if I took something. I took that search to the next level and argued with him for a bit. Thank god I didn't take anything that day. All that shit for nothing, the afm didn't even work and the side markers sucked ass.

when i was 8 i stole a candy bar. picked up two (stacked so it looked like one). slid one up my sleeve as i put the other down (so it looks like i put down the 1 candy bar that i picked up).

at this time i had no money and no source of income. even so, when my friend got caught in a later incident, i never stole anything again

i manage a retail business, have never stolen anything, and would definately reprimand any employees i would catch stealing. and I'm no goody 2 shoes, i smoke weed and drink beers and hoot and holler. i'm just not dishonest

Yeah, thats how most college students get caught. They get a big idea and then they make the mistake of telling their friends. And when they get away with something, eventually they think that its their RIGHT to do it.

When I was in college in the late 80's into the early 90's there was this guy who figured out how to scam the Jackson-Hewitt rapid refund system by going to an office supply store and buying blank 1099's and W-2's and using other people's social security numbers to file a phony return. Because test results and class assignments were posted on the bulletin boards and listed according to social security number, going into any classroom building and copying the SS numbers off of the wall was very easy. Anyhow, the guy got away with it for a long time until he started showing his friends how to do it.

When the guy was doing it alone, he would send different people into the building to file the return and collect the check and then he would split the money with them.. but as other people started doing it, they were taking shortcuts and actually collecting checks on a daily basis. Eventually it got to the point where people were walking in with a phony return today and collecting a check on the tax return that the submitted the day before. The clerk behind the counter figured that something was wrong with the fact that the same people keep comming in day after day collecting refund checks.

It's all about selling a playstation2 Box on Ebay. You put the entire description of the PS2 and in readable, yet fine print state it is for the box only. Slap a buy it now price of 99$ and you've got some moulah!

Works for tons of electronics, and of course since you clearly state that it's the box only you're not being dishonest at all.

If you had a PS3 box it would have been well worth the money. I wanted to get one of the empty boxes and put a couple of bricks in it with a bunch of strips of paper that say "SUCKER" printed on them. And then I would walk around the mall with it under my arm to see if anyone made me an offer.. they would say, "Hey man! You wanna sell that?" and I would appear to be a bit confused and dazed and say, "Uh.. you wanna buy this? Umm.. OK" And as soon as I make the transaction, I get the heck outta there. So its not like I offered it to them.. they would actually be harassing me to buy it.. and then if end up being on the news (which I doubt that it will) my defense could be that I just sold it to the guy so he would leave me alone. I never claimed that there was an actual PS3 in the box. And if someone robs me or snatches it and runs, that would be even funnier.

I went into Vons to buy some pancake mix and chocolate chips for the worlds most amazing pancakes i was going to make that day. Well i was walking out of the vons and their bouncer guy goes, "hey you theif!" i just kinda turned around to start running only to run into some 6'5" good samaritan who dragged me to the bouncer.

Ive stolen weed, and stole a teck deck. I think i also stole some legos back when i was 6. Perhaps i also stole some food from friends houses.

I used to work at a video store that had no inventory system. I worked there for almost 4 years at minimum wage, and the owner was a complete asshole who didn't even pay us time and a half for overtime or holidays, and we were open every day. Our manager (who had worked there for 12 years) used to just give us copies of whatever movies we wanted every week when they came in. She hated him more than we did. I'm not sure what percentage of my collection of over 400 DVD's was gratis, but I'm sure it's a large chunk. When I put in my notice, she ordered me the full special-edition box set of the Matrix Trilogy, the one in the acrylic case and comes with a bust of Neo.

I also used to before that, work at Game Crazy, in which there was never ANYONE above our manager there, and we lifted tons of games from that place, him included. When I left there and moved back here to Bend, I took a new Dreamcast with me. We had a huge party at my empty apartment the night before we left, and my manager was there. We were playing it when he showed up, and all he said was "Get that from work? Nice."
