I got a new puppy and its not working out with my family. Shes a 3 month old female blue pitbull. I was trying to get 50 bucks for her which is a lot less than what I paid. Anyone want to adopt? I can take more pictures for anyone really interested. I'm in San Diego just west of Lemon Grove and I'm in a jam.

As a 1/2 pit - 1/2 rotty owner, you can't beat the personality of a bull terrier. You hear it from people all the time, but it's true.
Be firm on obedience, and be prepared for them to constantly 'test' you, but the rewards are worth it.
E34 John - do your best to make sure she goes to a good home. Try to make sure it would be a permanent home.
Too many dogs end up in situations where people give them away, and I think it's like giving away a family member - to prove my point, I'm moving into a trailer on my parents property, rather than rent a house in town with a 'no pet' policy. I found one place, but the owner asked the breed, and must be one of those ignorants that believe the stories about bull terriers. I couldn't think of giving mine away, not at all.
She's a cutie. Hope you find her a good home.
Out of curiousity, why is it not working? Are you living with your parents, or is your family a wife & kids?
It's not how you handle the good times, but the faith you keep in the bad that defines you.

Weight is misleading, they are a muscle dense dog, better way to describe is they are as tall at the front shoulder as a guy's knee if you are ~6'. They are a medium size, and aside from the front half being so stout, they are a great size dog around the house. You have to either own one, or be around one a lot to appreciate the amount of personality they have. They are total clowns if you raise them right.

Get rid of the dog while you can, and while her little mind can still be trained and brought up by someone who really wants her. I can say from experience that it is the best way to go when it comes to a bull terrier. It's sometimes a real wild card to take on a dog who had questionable treatment in its' previous life, and that goes for any sort of dog.
Hope someone here can give that pup the home she deserves.
Also, I vote we keep bumping this until John finds her a home, lots of great people here who need something in their life besides obsessing over their car. ::
