F--king Dirty Ass Georgia

I have a question for any of you yahoos who live in or near the Southern half of Georgia.

When the billboard says "Clean Restrooms" where in the hell are the dirty ones they are comparing them to?

I make the trip between KY and FL several times every year, and have yet to find a half way clean restroom or restaurant between Macon and the Florida border. We have tried just about everywhere.

I swear, I wouldn't let my dog piss on the floor in most of them.

We stopped in Tifton this past week and at McDonalds, I swear the restroom looked like the one in the opening part of Trainspotting.

I've been to quite a few of the "waffle house" places in georgia.. talk about your greasy spoons! I saw quite a few "good old boys" that I wouldn't want to be around if my skin happened to be a different color..

I also went to a BK somewhere in atlanta. I'm pretty sure we were the only white people for miles.. I'm not racist so I didn't make a big deal of it, but who knows if I was in any danger or not. there were some pretty scary looking people there..

oh yeah, driving in rush hour traffic in atlanta? if you aren't doing 90mph, you'd better get off the road...

You sure your not racist? Atlanta is a majority African American city. That's all. I live in a 50/50 neighborhood and am better friends with the neighbor on my left (black guy and his sister) than the white hippie on my right. In fact we are going to a pancake breakfast for our street at his house next Sunday. I doubt you would be in any more danger in a "white" neighborhood in atlanta proper as you thought you were in that one.

Atlanta has the worst traffic in the US. That's right we win. Going 90 in atl proper between the hours of 4pm and 7pm is impossible. When were you here last?

WF isn't a greasy spoon.... you need to go to a real greasy spoon in the south and you will understand. Did you actually talk to those guys???? Most modern "rednecks" in Ga get along fine with other races. Nando you usually have great insight on things. I can't help but wonder why you applied such archaic stereotypes while you were here.

I did talk to some nice people there actually, but there are definitely some people who weren't very friendly to "different" people. I spent most of my time in northern GA anyway - hey some of the really nice people were even black.
