which is but a small pittance compared to entitlements payments, which will continue to grow until nearly all goverment spending is for entitlements (and the debt payment).

Govts. always spend too much, here our govt spent a truckload of money to make a public transportation system for the capital city, that amount of money would buy a motorcycle to every parent in the capital, they keep on spending ant the damn thing doesn't work.
