    Buy a Weber Silver.

Buy it at Home Depot. According to the rep, HD has a lock on the cast iron porcelain coated grilles. I have never seen them anywhere else. They leave the most fantastic marks, cook very evenly, just perfect. Webers does not use the cheesy fake rocks, they use metal bars which distribute heat very nicely. After 7 years, my electric starter STILL works in one click.

As far as the faggy ass "purists" who say charcoal is the only way, I say fine. Whatever, fags...get your ass over to my house 2 hours before dinner so you can make a perfect fire for me to roast my burgers on.

I have a life. I eat every fucking day. I barbecue 5 to 7 times a week. I don't have time for charcoal. It does taste better, but I just do not have time.

Holy shit, I'm not the only person who can understand a typical lifestyle. Not everyone has bankers hours and tons of time. I want to cook outside without killing an entire night, and it sounds like you do to. That's not a crime, right?

Thanks dude, only problem is the Home Depot Weber Silvers are like $300+. I'm trying to stay under $200. This isn't a priority.

I know it is more than you want to spend, but I went through 3 $200 grilles in 4 years, the Weber has lasted 7 with needing only new "Flavorizer" bars, and did a better job the whole time.

Plus, the fuel gauge actually works!

+ 1, my folks have a full size Weber propane grill, it works flawlessly if it's kept clean. Grease fires if it's not clean

          Keep it slideways!!

I have this awesome gas grill from Lowe's. It's all stainless steel, and uses a 1 lb (camp size) propane tank that is hidden in the base.

It has 5 rubber casters and takes up very little space. Also with a built in thermometer. It'll do 4 steaks at a time, very evenly.

I use ceramic briquettes that really do taste good. I honestly don't think that charcoal is that special, especially considering the time.

              Check it out: Lowe's

I must be special, it takes me all of 10-15 minutes tops to get a good flame with charcoal.

These are really easy to use.

A $200 gas grill is really going to suck btw.

I have used the device Charlie linked to.

They do rock. Far faster and much more even.

However, twist a knob and push a button wins in my book.
