Anyone have any customized 10/22's? Looking for ideas on how to build mine.

Build a scout rifle. Do a Google search and there are some cool build threads and pictures.

You didn't get bent over on it, but it wasn't a steal by any means. I would have done that deal. In fact I almost did, but I'm holding out for the release of its bigger 9mm brother the P938.

only when there's no mag and bullet in the chamber.

Your finger NEVER goes on the trigger, unless you plan to release a round. NEVER!!!!

From what I understand the barrel is only slightly longer.

I practice dry firing my guns all the time, nothing comes out of them. Is that unsafe?

Nope, never heard of dry fire dtills.

I was speaking more to enforce a mindset for a person that sounds like they don't even know if they got a good deal on a product. I'm not trying to tell people with regular experience how to do things. I'm just being prejudicial in regards to my assumptions of the person who posted the picture.

Dry firing is a great way to practice and explore the dynamics of your trigger pull. I also used it to break in the trigger a little better on some of my revolvers.

In regards to the finger- I would normally agree with you (although I get sick of reading trigger discipline nazis on the internet so I rarely comment), but considering that its pointed in a safe direction with the hammer down on a single action I let it go. At least he isn't this guy "aksing" if he got a good deal on his tec-9-

Read the manual and determine is dry fire is safe for the weapon and then have at it. It is part of obtaining muscle memory. If recommended, snap caps, then fire away.

The 3 things I noticed were:

                            1) nice piece, damn shame its .380, I'm waiting on the 9mm luger version.
                            2) Looks like he has small hands.
                            3) Muzzle pointed in a safe direction unless he has downstairs neighbors but, its a .380. :D

The mini sigs are kinda cool, that being said, I need to go finger fuck a Baretta Nano.

Of course I kinda figure most folks who are not gun savvy are either going to learn or die in the process. Step one, read the damn manual.

I also have really big fucking fingers and a piece of shit keyboard.
