Any little 10/22 folks out there in r3v land?

Picked up a 10/22 4 days ago from a local pawn shop. I think I got a good deal on it. It was used but I couldn't find any evidence that it had ever been shot. Not a scratch on it. It came with a Centerpoint 3x-9x Red/Green crosshair scope. I paid $230 after taxes. I was told brand new carbines go for $260 retail so I feel pretty good about my deal with the $50-$60 scope thrown in.



I have plans to slowly modify it. I want to get a more big guy friendly stock but keep it traditional. Also want a bull barrel eventually.

With subsonic ammo, it's as quiet as a pellet gun too.

Nice Kimber! I got to shoot a Kimber at the range the other day. A Coastguard guy let me shoot his in exchange for letting him pop off some round with my Springfield. Man what a tack driver.

I took my sister and my GF out to the local out door range for their first time shooting EVER. I have to say my sister was much better then my GF lol. They both did well for there first time especially sins they were using my 1911 which was a huge gun for their hands. They both had a great time.

I dont know if I posted this yet but I got a nice holster for my 1911 a few month ago. Sadly I dont think I will ever get to use it seeing as I am in Cali.

Tell sis to stop Tea cupping the grip and G/F needs to get her support hand up much higher on the grip and thumb further forward

Shots from pics above. Did a couple of shots at 50 yards that went high & low, then shot this at 100 yards with iron sights. It was a lucky shot .

Richmond Rod and Gun Club. $10 for a all day pass to ether the 25 yard or 100 yard range an 1 target. Good times.

Hey. How do i move a hand gun from CA to WA? I am most likely moving to Washington (state) in October and want to bring my 1911.

Sadly my GFs hands are to small to get her thumb further forward on the 1911. I moved my sisters hand further up right after I took this picture. ;)

My buddy has a Glock 19 for sale. $325 with 800 rounds of 9mm FMJ ammo, think it's worth it? I already have a Glock 40, so I'm kinda on the fence, but it's a hell of a price. It's been shot by his dad maybe on 2-3 occasions.
