There is truth in some of your words. A well maintained firearm will generally preform as expected and treat its owner better than a neglected one. And as you said, "decent" ammo is part of performing 100%. I won't argue those two points, but I will not agree with the fact that you claim to have 100% on every grade of ammunition. Nor that you've never had a single malfunction.
I believe it's possible to run at 100%, but like you've stated, there are key factors in doing so. Well maintained gun, ammunition, etc. I do not believe anything created by man is fool proof. And I do believe that every gun will encounter an error at some point in its existence.
