hahaha, it's the Hertz rent-a-car "special" mustang. Otherwise known as the Mustang GT-H. That would be why it has the Hertz gold striping. I found this out today while randomly browsing the bimmerforums kills section. Well actually on second thought, it might be a real one cause the rentals are convertibles possibly. Funny commercial though...

I really laughed at this commercial! This was a good setup. At first I was thinking that maybe the cop and the owner of the Stang swapped cars and went out joy riding. (just like in that pontiac commercial where the nascar driver and the pontiac owner switch cars) And then when the other cop got out of the cop car that really caught me by surprise.

Just a note to anyone thinking of renting one and joy riding in it, you cannot turn off the traction control.
