I hate PUD's also.. primarily because if you have nosy neighbors who think that they have a right to know your business, telling them to get lost is not so easy. Secondly I dislike the fact that you need the association's permission to plant a tree in your yard or to paint the doors or to build a deck. I believe that you should generally respect your neighbors and not drive down property values with your own personal tastes and desires, however, I would not want to live according to the other extreme either.

Mucky duck has open mic on mondays. Usually some good talent there. Most of the good shows end up at walters on washington, the engine room, or numbers.
