Only MTech cars have the reinforcements. Add in a little northern winter for 15 years and this can happen. Not to say I haven't seen it in cars that were adult driven in the south though...

I think it's a Mitsubishi Delica.
They're EVERYWHERE here in Aus, funny thing i've seen one tow out 2 Landcruisers that got bogged in sand on Fraser Island (popular 4x4ing/camping island)
Delica was full of family and kids inflatables, Landcruisers were fully decked out and were both stuck trying to help each other and quite embarrassed after.
