The city didn't... I had to wait for the state to give me the paving company's name (6weeks), then had to wait for the paving company to put me in contact with their insurance company (2 weeks), then dick with the insurance company... Then 6 months after it happened, I finally got a check for $4000, and an R-title for my car :(
