WTF is wrong with black people?
im working on my car in the garage mahal and i dont have cable out there so during the day there aint shit on. its just background noise for me but im listening to one of these sleazy springer type shows, maybe Montel or something. they have a black girl on there who has either stabbed her mother or robbed a 7-11 or whatever . it doesnt matter, just that shes a typical ghetto piece of shit that feels the need to air her problems on national TV. her fucking name is "PHOBIA" not phoebe. PHOBIA. a while back i ran into a black girl name "latrina" named after a toilet i guess. when did it become OK to make up names ??
i dont know of any latinos or white or asian groups that do this shit. howd you like to go thru life named after a toilet?

I think its one-upsmanship.

I grew up in a black neighbourhood and have dated a few black girls and I noticed as I got older the kids names got more and more complex, even to modify older black names. Like adding a ta- or a la- onto already long ass names.

I guess they are supposed to sound african but have nothing to do with the actual languages.

Might I suggest a radio tuned in to an easy listening station or classic hits where you can re-live those days of youth with REO Speedwagon or Styx or Jethro Tull or The Moody Blues.
