The ramp sliced right through tha passenges side of the Focus , including the passengers .

I don't want to point out the obvious, but it seems to me that the story pretty much is that they were driving in the right lane, the same lane that the tow truck was "half parked" on. the passenger side of the car hit the end of the bed (as you can see in the second pic, it's a little bent from the collision), and the bed was at the perfect height to slice the heads off the guy riding shotgun (yellow or no shirt) and the guy behind him in teh back seat (orange shirt).

Too bad.
