We got the point, you hate them, they suck, you are or will be going to OSU soon and will go to the games (or not) cheering for the other team.

OSU wasn't "the best" and they proved that, but scheduling easy teams is the way to go, if 1 or 2 in the L column will keep you out of a big game. Thats how its been and until something happens thats how its going to stay. I would be doing the same thing, schedule easy teams so we try to stay awary from the 1 or 2 L's. If we didn't have to worry so much about L's then we wouldn't be playing "easier" teams.
It’s an exaggeration buddy, what makes the internet go round. You and I both know [as well as what appears to be many of the members posting on here] that OSU has had a very weak schedule for YEARS! It’s not just this past year or the one before. In 2006 they were ranked BCS preseason 1st place and didn’t lose a single game and went on to get creamed in the worst appearance in a college football nation championship game. Why, you may ask? Because they play powder puff schedules**. This year is no exception, they lost to Illinois, who were then demoralized in the rose bowl by no other than USC.

My disgust is with the weak schedules’ and watching news programs where the first 15 minutes are about football here in Columbus Ohio. The fans are no better. Remember the old rule 'They riot if they lose, the riot if they win' I personally witnessed cars being flipped after last years loss to UF basketball game! Not even football.

Powder puff: youngstown state , akron, washington, minnesota [0-8], kent state.

End of fucking fairytale for OSU. The idiots on 'Buckeye Fever' right after the game were commenting on the recruits of next year and returning players resulting in another team that could take the national championship game. What makes you think that the BCS will get a shot after two years of awful showings?

EDIT: Ohhh 2008 looks hard too. youngstown state, ohio university, troy fucking university, minnesota, northwestern, and illinois.

    Difference being.
Niether GA or LSU were backyard football players.
It's amazing that now OSU fans are falling back to the "oh our team was weak this year and last year, that's why it was possible for an SEC team to beat us."
Before both games I had to listen to not only fans, but the media talk up OSU and their respective conference. Just like GA and Hawaii though, after the win everyone is content to say "well what did you expect?"
I expected the SEC to win every bowl game, which they almost did. Just like every other SEC fan, I am sick of listening to the hype of other conferences. Do you guys actually think that OSU, USC, And MSU could keep up with an SEC schedule???
Which of these teams would they beat if they had to play them week after week?

    Ga
    South Carolina
    Florida
    Auburn
    Tennessee
    Alabama
    Kentucky
    LSU
    MSU
    UM
    Arkansas.
    Vandy
I see three teams that are sub-par in the SEC but would still win games in other conferences.

2nd and 3rd of his career, so close enough to get the point across.

All these teams "woulda" beat LSU, but they didnt. LSU are the champs, and until there is a playoff, or at least a plus one, this is how it will be settled.

Correction. He hadnt fumbled in 1004 touches and those were his 2 and 3rd lost fumbles of his carrier.

    USC would of KILLED LSU.
