This prank will work on any vehicle that has a trailer hitch plug. My buddies try to pull this one on me but i figured it out. What u do is buy a cheap horn from like autozone, they only cost about 10 bucks and u take the wires and connect them to the power cord on the trailer hitch so when ur buddy gets in his car and hits the brakes the horn goes blarring. It takes forever to figure out and is fun to hide and watch. u can even hook it up to the turn signals as well

I'd opt for the running lights. That way they are fine all day and it's a shock at night. Maybe they wont drive for a few days at night - it will make it harder to find out who did it.

The turn signal version of this prank is much better because the victim is most likely to use his turn signal in a parking lot or at a busy intersection where he will hear the horn blowing but he won't realize its coming from his car.

You really think these pranks are going to STOP their antics? I feel like it's just going to fuel them. Why not just make one end-all prank; call the cops posing as an angry neighbor and complain that their eratic driving and behavious is disturbing the peace... even go so far as to say they nearly hit your dog with their car!
