Go to your gallery, and click on the picture you want. Then click on "Set as Default."

make sure your new picture is cell phone picture with your shirt off in a bathroom

click on where it says add/edit pics, click on the picture you want as your default pic, then just click where it says set as default towards the top of the screen. i think that should work
