You can do bar spins on a Windsor pretty easy with the stock fork. Thats worth buying the Windsor right there..

you should get your crew to come out to juggernauts. Tuesday nighst at the claremont/pomona colleges. I've rode that trail, it used to be a train passway, now its a huge bike route.
