Josh, the bike is going to look good. How much did that powdercaot job set you back?

Im thinking of having my gf's powder-coated when building it up

CBi, you've got some seriously fast looking rides!

The frame is costing me $125 to have done, that's including the chemical stripping, blasting, coating, and clearcoat. No fork, just the frame.

I have this bike in my backyard that I used to ride when I was younger. It has a little wheel in the front and a big one in the back. Don't know anything about bikes 8).

Ok just went outside to check it out. Anyone know anything good about a nishiki "sport series" bike? Possibly from the early 90s

Silver DeepV's with red hubs. But I don't know when those will be, prolly just roll on my stock wheels for now.

Honestly I have no idea whats the difference.. lol. It weighs a good 10+ pounds with a small wheel in the front and a big one in the back if that helps.

Nah, I was going to do them, but the more I see them on bikes, the more I don't like them. I think they're just way too much red, I like having just little red accents here and there. My bar tape is red, my toe straps, my chain, and my hubs will be red.

Yeah, i suppose if you wanted you could do a red saddle or something too later on if you want more red. But that should be plenty. Im still sort of on the fence about my handlebar tape color
