Hey guys new member here..:)

What's the easiest way to remove the paint off my bike? I have an old road bike that i want to paint red but want to completely remove all the old paint first.

How can I tell if these are real Schwinn bikes? I know a little about bikes but not a lot. I would like to think that I could look at the components and welds and tell the difference.....Is there something to look for?
