That's funny, green and yellow do go good together.

I think I'm going to go with a grey/blue color scheme with my bike, I think blue goes really good with grey, but I was also thinking of doing grey/red.

Umm.... i've personally never seen it done. you can get Deep-V's with a machined face on the upper portion- as seen here:

Therefore, you could run one of those up front for the brakes.

I'm not sure how much he wants for them, I'll see him in a day or two and let you know

deep v's >*. However I wish mine weren't machined, I don't need to run a front brake (although I do have one somewhere). buffalo is pretty flat, but I know you're nuts not to have a brake in hilly cities

Once you have a steady job and a family that depends on you, you'll change your tune.

                      You rang?

Rode my bike in today to work. Its about 4.5 miles. First time doing so. Met up with a coworker in front of my building, as he lives about 10 blocks away. We rode in together. Woot woot.

Edit: Andy!!! I resized my picture ^ in photobucket and r3v shows the original. Side note, anyone know how to get better picture quality from a Blackberry Curve? Looks awesome on the phone, but sucks when you upload it.

Dude, i went into soho on tuesday and i counted 12 fixies. (yes, i counted cause i was fairly certain the scene in nyc blows and i wanted to confirm it).

On any given afternoon in philly i can count easily 30-40 or so. thats why you guys need to come ride here.

*edit- is that your bike infront of your cube? priceless hahaha

There was about 8-9 of us riding last night, but there's easily 6 or 7 more, and that's just within my friends. I know there's tons of others.

Driving to work every morning I see about 10-15 riders going up and down Longboat Key. I need to start doing that ride myself.

How far do you guys usually go on one ride?

Ususally, we all just get together and mob around through downtown and the surrounding areas. I think we're going on some long rides soon, though.
