Mavic CXP 33's. I'm a big-time Mavic fan, they're amazing. Not the lightest things out there, but strong as hell.

Sweet bike stuff!!! My friend Tara makes this stuff by hand. Check it out!
By the way, I know the U Lock holders look a bit "S&M" but that's because she didn't have a sewing machine that would go through the leather she uses... Check back in sometime to see new sewn ones!

The Weinmann's really aren't bad, but Formula hubs are doo-doo.

Can SS/Fixed run Road wheels; or do we need to change the hub?

They're cheap, not very well made, and they don't have sealed bearings. They're what comes stock on just about all BikesDirect bikes.
FUCKING 4th of July weekend, my hubs didn't come Friday, and there was apparently no mail Saturday. I was camping all weekend, and was hoping they got here yesterday so I could drop my shit off today and get my wheels built so I could ride tomorrow.Last edited by Jand3rson; 07-05-2009, 12:29 PM.

I miss having my bike. Who in LA has a bike I can borrow? I'll be here until Saturday.-Erik
