I went custom to build an aero tubed crit bike. Its got an 11.25" tall bottom bracket, and TDF TT geometry (74 degree seat tube is the maximum allowed for a UCI TT bike.) with really short chain stays. The bike is a rocket, and with a swap of the bars and stem becomes a very good 40K TT bike.

I have a small Medici coming in tomorrow for a refurb quote. Depending on how much parts will cost (and my time to go over it) to get it back to par, the owner might want to part it out. I think its a 52cm.... If you're interested, let me know.

That /\ looks like a Trek 660 which is a nice tubeset of 531 reynolds. The Biopace would make a nice throwing star.

Just got back into mountain biking, and there are loads of trails around here.

Nothing special, but it is a good bike for me for now.

I love the color too, unfortunately it is a test saddle and can't stay on my bike forever.

I'm sorry. I should scan the pics of the Santa Cruz frames that I ripped the bottom bracket shells out of. The first one put me in the hospital, 14 stitches in my knee. The second one lasted a whole 6 months before I ripped the bottom bracket shell out leaving a stop light across from the bike shop I used to work at. I didn't go down. The third again only lasted about 6 months and failed leaving a different stoplight on my way to school.

Santa Cruz is a made in China mass marketed pile of crap. All of them from the top of the line to the bottom. I wouldn't ride one for love nor money.
