Northland Cable FTMFL. I call them up on a regular basis and reiterate that to them. Their service sucks and its advertised as "blazing fast high speed internet" I don't even get the bandwidth I pay for, which I also call and complain about on a regular basis.

WTF is Powerboost? they give you the available bandwidth so you get 20+ down at 5am? who cares? That is called cable.

I pay for 12 mb and average 8, The best I have seen is 21. I don't know why but I get better throughput from SF than Phoenix.

i noticed the same thing, both from work and home. sf is probably 95% while scottsdale & phoenix is around ~65%.

i use speakeasy and speedtest.
