Would you daily a Lotus Elise?

    A true barebones car...Thoughts?

Not an Exige, but an Elise with the Touring package.

It's not like even a stripped Elise DOESN'T have more creature comforts than 95% of the E30s on here.

That and the sheer fact that it has:
      a. A warranty.
      b. Working... everything.
      c. The relief that it (most likely) won't catch on fire/break down.

"See, we're adding a little something to this month's sales contest. As you all know, first prize is a Cadillac Eldorado. Anyone wanna see second prize? Second prize is a set of steak knives. Third prize is you're fired."

A minor fender bender will have a little more worry associated with it.
Stand back and watch it get key'd or stolen.
Your insurance will go up, if they find out.

Other than that it will get better gas mileage than your average e30. I say "go for it"

No, I cant fucking fit in those cars.
Hemingway said it best. “There are only three sports: bullfighting, motor racing, and mountaineering; all the rest are merely games.”

As a daily? Doubt it, not practical enough. As a second car and I could afford it sure.

Well working everything is debatable, I hear the AC on these cars is usually hit or miss. Though most don't miss the miss.
