indeed a weak night... all three Brasilians pulled off the win but nothing spectacular. Luis Arthur Cane looked really good but Cantwell is a tough guy. 10-1 now with his only loss being a DQ for kneeing Irvin in the head while down. I have to say Shogun looks like he's back and that's exciting. If any of you know him from his Pride days, you know what I'm talking about. Seems Anderson just went for the win via decision. I can't really blame him on this one; it being for a record and all... But still fairly lame. If Dana makes it happen, I imagine Wanderlei Silva, who has moved down into Anderson's weight class, has a chance of punishing him.

Congrats to Shogun! The Wand vs. Anderson will definitely be something I'd want to see. Wanderlei wouldn't let Anderson pull that lame bullshit he pulled in this past fight. In an uncharacteristic outburst, Chuck Liddell sat forward and stepped to Silva’s aid.
“Where did you get that?” he spat. “Every time he tried to throw a punch at him, the guy threw a punch at the air – the guy fell on his back. Seriously, where did you get that? He was attacking him the whole time.”
The ex-champ sat back, cursing under his breath.
“It’s a frustrating fight for a striker when every time you go to hit him he falls to his back,” Liddell continued after a tense beat. “Is really hard for you to do anything, so what do you want? He was going after him and attacking him.”
