    yea, its got a hemi....

Well, been looking for an E30 hauler and i finally got my hands on one. a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 hemi sport. hauls ass but i really dont like the idea of Electronic throttle bodies!

but anyway. got a good deal for 14k with only 30k miles on it. insurance is friggin high and so is gas. cost me 120 to fill er up. but i get around. 26 gallon tank gets me about 370 miles. bad but not too bad... just put in my alpine deck and a flip down screen wich is awesome for the long trips and when i park n eat with my girlfriend.

also have two 10" kicker L7's and a power acoustik 1000 amp. pretty bad ass imo. lovin it!

well thats it. ill post some pics of the system if you guys are interested.

Heading in to $4/gallon gas this summer, and you pick up a 15 mpg beast for above-average market price.

      Brilliant!

Turf- i have my own business now. i do all kind of deliverys around town in my truck so i dont pay for my gas now.

i get 20 miles per gallon when i keep the rev under 2k with my programmer. its got tourque so it accelerates nice under 2k.

so its a win win. my aunt told me about the business idea so i get tax deductions with gas, plus i dont pay for more than 20% of my gas.

Really? That is horrible honestly!! My '05 F250 diesel holds 30 gallons @ $4.00 a gallon and goes 650 miles on a tank (highway) or 525 miles(city)!!!:drink::woowoo: :drink: And I can make my own biofuel if this shit gets much higher too...

                  Nice looking truck though.

Diesels only make sense if you buy them used. New diesels are a $7000 premium over their gas counterparts, and it takes hundreds of thousands of miles to make up that difference with better fuel economy. If you need to tow, however, there is no question that diesel is better.

Just be glad it's not an old skool hemi, you'd have two dizzys to get mixed up with.

who pays for my gas? the poeple i deliver for... i do local deliveries and i also do deliveries for major dealerships like SW infinity or momentum bmw and they pay for gas.

diesel is pretty great and you do get good mileage. im actually in the market for a f-250 but with insurance rates i dont think it'll be anytime soon.

speaking of two dizzies. this thing has 16 spark plugs... i went ahead and got the bosch +3 plugs and replaced them all. runs alot smoother. next stop, open exhaust. maybe a cut out.

I'm sorry to say this, but why would you run those? O.E. is the two dollar copper core Champions. Thats what you run, thats why they get changed every 15k. Refer to your Pwners Manual. You really must buy whatever anyone sells you. I bet you have a deed for a bridge in Arizona.

Next time ask around before you buy something.
