No, because you are paying for them to make more money. Do you actually believe they are going to throw up a bunch of towers just to say they did and lose money on it. They are in it for the money, and you are paying for it.

Let's think about this. If I want a product that costs more to produce, I have to may more for it. Wind energy costs about 20% more than coal energy to produce, so doesn't it make sense that it should cost more? Considering PGE charges about a 10% premium, I doubt they are coming out ahead on the deal. Not to mention the cost of those turbines and all the infastructure to set it up

Last I checked, theyre not a non profit organization. Toyota didnt come out even on the whole Hybrid deal either, did they? Same thing. Once we are FORCED to pay for this clean energy, or hybrid car, then you can complain. IF enough people think its a stupid idea, it wont last.
