Wow, that is hot. We are having a bit of hot weather here too. It's only getting to the low 90's, but that's relatively hot for around here. I miss the pool we had when I was in high school.

I lived in Arizona when I was a kid. Bullhead City, then Phoenix. I do not miss it.

The hottest it gets around here is high-90's, only for a month at the most, and almost no humidity. It's quite livable.

It's 106 here in Glendale, CA. Being from Miami, thisfeels like 90-95ish. You guys have ridiculously high numbers, but at least the humidity factor is like zero. (As opposed to SoFla, where it's 60-100%)

Alright guys, let me impress you with the other coast. In NC, it's 100F nearly every day all summer long, and humidity on better days is at 75%, like pouring water into intake. Hot as balls. If we go for a cruise, it's after midnight.

I can't wait to get out of here. Hopefully in November I can.

You make a very valid point. It may be hot out here in the left end of the country, but we do not suffer the humidity factor. Several years ago I made a week long trip to Mahattan during late July/early August. Holy mother of all things sticky......going out at midnight felt like stepping into a huge sauna. I enjoyed the trip, but I doubt I could live there.
