Yeah, the eagles earned it. I didn't realize it was a Dallas/Philly thing or I'd have rooted for philly. My hate for dallas is boundless. Plus, the Texans would have had to lose for philly to be out.

Sad what happened to the Lions, I usually pull for them. Theyre the only other team I do pull for, since I lived in Detroit for a little while. At least they get top pick at a franchise QB.

Carolina is #2 for all intensive purposes. If Philly misses the playoffs, Id be surprised if the Panthers and the Giants arent in the championship game.

carolina isn't necessarily #2. also, as i am sure you know, there is a lot of parity in the NFL. i would be surprised if both teams made it to the NFC championship game.
