Fuck, I'm not even rich and I understand that cutting taxes for the top couple percent of money earners is good for the country. That would create natural wealth redistribution where those people consumed goods and services for others, but that would be a trickle down concept that clearly you don't buy into.
Honestly... tell me how much good it's going to do society to cut the taxes that are already extremely low (virtually non-existant) for the bottom 20% income earning households in this country. is that going to create jobs? fuck no. It's not going to do shit. It's going to put a negligably larger amount of money into their pockets that will translate into a minimal amount of money. Tax cuts for the rich, regardless who is president, translates into spending and growth of business. How hard is that to grasp? The tax cut for "poor" translates into a few extra bean burritos at Tbell... Tax cuts for the rich translate into vacations, retail sales, etc... all of which create far more opportunity for the "poor" than any tax cut. I'm even comming from the perspective of what would be BEST for the people in that bottom 20%.... I just don't understand how you can still harp on that.
Tax revenue goes up when you cut taxes.... so that would be a good place to start.
