McCain looks really happy in that picture there Lair.

Also, what has the white house done or not done to cause the oil market to start to fall? NOTHING! because its not controlled by the Government!

Market responds by posting 331+ today alone, because of what?

I really find it disturbing, that since he became a front runner, and doesn't have to share stage, he stopped stuttering, and began to speak in a manner of MLK.

I'd take old senile bastard over a this guy with an alternative agenda for my country.

you don't see obama as a socialist? are you kidding me? come on.....
even someone with blinders on such as you seriously can't miss obama as a socialist, from his healthcare proposals, to setting allowable profit margins for oil companies, to his solutions for everything that happens to be "wrong" - MORE GOVERNMENT IN YOUR LIFE
give me a fucking break and pay attention to his proposals. it is consistently socialist.

There's more government in my life now than at any other moment in my life.

Does that make Dubya a socialist?

As far as the elections are concerned - I won't mind if McCain wins, because the Dems will have a real Congressional majority.

Government seems to work best when they can't get anything done.

I am a republican when it come to government spending. Bush hasn't been a very good republican there. And this hearing is about GWB. As a college student of a State school, I've seen my tuition nearly double. Gas prices quadruple.

When I graduated high school, a whole lot of children weren't left behind. But should have been.

I am a huge supporter of a democratic president and a republican congress. That's when a lot seems to be done. One party oversees the other. I was really hoping that Joe Biden would run for president. He seems to be like a no nonsense guy that country can get behind. Instead we get a socialist/racist running on behalf of democrats.

Democratic congress is weaker than republican one. But democratic president is always less of an extremist. McCain is not as insane as many other GOP candidates. Go McCain.

I don't dismiss them because they disagree with me. I disagree with them because they publish lies, half-truths, and propaganda.

    It's called "recognizing bullshit".

So far there's been 4 or so people posting anything vaguely intelligent. Goddamit, I want the electoral college back, James Madison was right. The country isn't smart enough to run itself. (And no, it's not an Ivy League school, as someone thought when I made a similar comment.)
