    I drove my e30 140 MPH yesterday

Don't commit suicide guys. It's harder on your friends and family than it is on you.

Sorry for the emo thread. I've been in the ICU a little too much in the past 24 hours.

No - My friend called me and told me what he was doing. I was 30 miles away but still made it almost on time. He downed 43 tylenol PM, a bottle of liquid tylenol pm and 3 bottles of wine.

That means he didn't really want to do it. Good man for hauling ass there and helping him out.

I had a friend in high school once that showed me a bunch of cuts on his wrist, saying that he had tried to kill himself the night before. I found a way to excuse myself from class without him seeing me, and high-tailed it to the guidance counselor. My friend was pretty pissed at me at first, but weeks later, he apologized and then thanked me for getting him help.

Well, my condolences for having to endure that event, and my congratulations for being such a friend as to be there for someone in need. I hope everything ends up for the best and your friend makes it thru to the other side in this valley of his life at this time.

He seems to disagree with this. He found a gun but no bullets. He said he would have cut himself but he hates blood. He was really trying hard. All fo this started when he started taking anti-depressants. Needless to say I talked to him and his family about weening off of them completely.

On a lighter note - my e30 still had pull left at 140 and there were no shakes or wobbles. Smoother than the audi.
