So I was talking to a friend of mine who was giving me a hard time about how much water I drink. I drink about a gallon of water a day, thereabouts, depending on total physical activity or time of year (how much one is sweating).
I read a while back that most American's are extremely dehydrated; they drink soda (pop), energy drinks, coffee, etc. all of which further dehydrate people. People then derive most of their water consumption from the food they eat, which is great but is balanced out from the other stuff that is consumed which dehydrates people.
So, just to fuel my own personal curiosity.. how much water do you drink in an average day?
