about 3.0L of water a day, two of the big 1.5L bottles from Trader Joe's. Sometimes more pending on how hot out it is, or how hard I'm working out.
And I only drink water.. aside from OJ for breakfast, and glass of milk for dinner, water is the only liquid I drink. Haven't had a full can of soda in AGES.. only drink it when I need to chase some liquor.
