I bought a Bose 321 for my wife. She wanted it. It showed up damaged. I refused it. first mistake. I now have no tracking info. Seller is also a dick and is not willing to help. This pissed me off because in his auction he said he would use UPS and offered insurance , i paid for it. He used Fedex. So three weeks later and hours of wasted time, the seller gets the unit back. I get a tracking # to prove it and I still have no refund. Only bright spot is I have to go to Louisville Ky in a few months (sellers home) and I can have a face to face with this pick.

Hope it works out for you, and you probably already have all the claims with paypal and ebay. Personally I like fedex and use them all the time.

Thanks for the kind words. I saw it was you and thought for sure you where going to say that's what you get Fucking Asshole. I have filed all the claims and now I will wait. I know, just say no to chrome.:p
