Jerome Corsi went to Kenya to work on his book Obama Nation. He met with a bunch of high-ranking officials and was placed in house arrest at the airport and his visa taken till his British Airways flight came later that day. According to some Kenyan officials. 3 birth certificates were obtained. (Again all speculation at this time because they have not surfaced in the States) If these surfaced, the Democratic Party could be smashed or crippled severely. Why you ask? For allowing someone that is not fit to be President. To make it as far as Obama has and not clearing his background. This would undermine Obama for even making it to the Senate. The Clintons would never do anything to hurt their own party not even exposing this.

McCain would not play this card unless he lost November 4th. Why? Race Card! Many in this country would see this as playing the race card and with the way many demonstrated during Rodney King and the OJ trial this could bring the 50's back, and deepen the racial divide. Federal, State, and Local law enforcement is already gearing up for possible riots and civil unrest depending on which way the election goes.

Berg, is seen as a cook to many... Being shot down because he does not have the right to file the suit is complete BS. He is a United States citizen and has the right to know whom the Commander and Chief truly is. A ruling came down last night at 6:15 est dismissing this case. The judge said that congress has the right to look into this. A Democratic Congress is never going to look into this because they now control it all with Obama in the white house.

Only time will tell what will be the outcome of this issue. Hopefully Obama will come clean and not have some cover-up to protect him if he is in fact not legally able to be president. All Berg ( A life long Democrat) is asking is prove him wrong and he will go away. Obama owes it to the people of the United States to come clean with all his records that he continues to hide and not release.

Any job you apply for asks for this information, why can he applying for the highest job in the world not be held to the same standards as you and I?

Currently, Title 8 of the U.S. Code fills in those gaps. Section 1401 defines the following as people who are "citizens of the United States at birth:"

• Anyone born inside the United States
• Any Indian or Eskimo born in the United States, provided being a citizen of the U.S. does not impair the person's status as a citizen of the tribe
• Any one born outside the United States, both of whose parents are citizens of the U.S., as long as one parent has lived in the U.S.
• Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is a citizen and lived in the U.S. for at least one year and the other parent is a U.S. national
• Any one born in a U.S. possession, if one parent is a citizen and lived in the U.S. for at least one year
• Any one found in the U.S. under the age of five, whose parentage cannot be determined, as long as proof of non-citizenship is not provided by age 21
• Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is an alien and as long as the other parent is a citizen of the U.S. who lived in the U.S. for at least five years (with military and diplomatic service included in this time)

That is the 2nd of the 2 issues that Berg is saying disqualifies Obama.

What was Obamas thesis on in Columbia? Wouldn't Columbia be proud to have an alumni president and share? Nah, nobody knows. I hate to mention FOX, but their speculation maybe as good as any, if the truth is not out there.

Who are his contributors to Obama campaign? He said he would NOT take money from lobbyists, but then didn't show people who he accepted money from. So, it takes a judge to tell Obama to refund some of his donations over $4600, but we still don't know to whom.

He should not disclose information about his time as a lawyer. That's one thing that is private, and no proffessional attorney would do.

He should disclose all the documents from his stay in Senate, it is a public office. Knowing US bearacracy, those files haven't been distroyed, so where are they?

I'm not an expert on high finance and I'm not a lawyer, which is why I cut and paste. Here's someone else's opinion on this:

There are several problems with this case and the motion -

(1) the case is being challenged on the grounds of subject matter jurisdiction - i.e., it was filed in the wrong court;
(2) the case is being challenged on the grounds of standing - i.e., the plaintiff has no standing to file this case. This argument is air tight - there was another case challenging John McCain's citizenship, and the plaintiff lost because they had no standing
(3) he is seeking summary judgment because Obama did not respond to the plaintiff's discovery requests. He is asking the judge to deem it admitted that Obama is a non-citizen because he did not respond to a discovery request. The plaintiff moved for expedited and extensive discovery, however, (a) the motion has yet to be ruled on. So he is seeking summary judgment for failure to comply with a motion that has not yet been granted; (b) there are pending motions to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction and standing probably would stay the discovery.

Finally, assuming that all the motion to dismiss are denied, discovery is found not to be stayed by those motions, and somehow the motion for expedited discovery is granted retroactively!, deeming it admitted that Obama is not a citizen is the harshest discovery sanction, and would be a gross abuse of the judge's discretion.

It's not you, the picture is pretty blurry. I was thinking that the black seal on the front is bumpy on the back, but the crease is different and so I think I'm wrong. It may be that the Muslim Arabs infiltrated factcheck.org and faked the whole thing. I think this is McCain's best chance at winning this election.
